Welcome to the Positive Vet Nurse Confidence Coaching CPD Course. By purchasing and participating in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All course purchases are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, you will have access to the course materials and coaching sessions as outlined.

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the provided online booking system.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required.
  
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being marked as completed, and no replacement session will be offered.
  • Emergencies: Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at my discretion, and we can arrange a rebooking where possible.

• The course is designed to be flexible and completed at your own pace. However, all sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Sessions are tailored to your specific needs based on pre-module forms and individual goals. To ensure you get the most out of your sessions, it is recommended that you complete all required pre-session preparation.

• All participants are expected to engage in the coaching sessions respectfully and professionally. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in termination of the course without a refund.

• All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential. However, anonymised data may be used for training or improvement purposes.

• All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device for your sessions.

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated, and your continued participation in the course constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
